CoreNet’s “What’s Next” Podcast: How Technology is Driving Insights for Corporate Occupiers

Fresh from CoreNet Global’s 2019 APAC Summit, two Savills executives discuss ways of using technology to improve CRE management in a recent episode of CoreNet’s “What’s Next?” podcast series.

Tune in to learn how artificial intelligence (AI) and mobile technology are transforming portfolio management and the occupant experience from Savills Bryan Ezell, Corporate Managing Director of Technology Solutions, and Melissa Marsh, Senior Managing Director of Occupant Experience. The two discuss insights from their panel discussions at the APAC Summit in Hong Kong, sharing examples of how technology is delivering greater insights for corporate occupiers.

Marsh’s panel focused on activity-based working and ways that companies can use technology to improve the occupant experience. By integrating interactive technology into the workplace from entry points to meeting rooms to climate control, companies can learn how employees are interacting and how collaboration can be improved.

Ezell’s panel focused on using AI in portfolio planning and lease administration. AI and machine learning are helping portfolio managers structure data so it can be mined for insights, instead of spending so much time simply collecting and sorting data.
