International real estate services firm Studley recently represented Cicatelli Associates Inc. in a long-term lease renewal and expansion at Nemark Holdings' 505 8th Avenue.
The developer of educational training and technical assistance services for health and social service providers previously occupied part of the 2nd and all 16th and 20th floor for a total of 24,755 square feet in the building. With the new lease, Cicatelli Associates will remain on the 16th and 20th floors and give up the partial 2nd floor while taking the entire 19th floor for a total of 33,446 square feet.
"Contiguous expansion was absolutely critical for our business so we are extremely pleased the building could accommodate us," said Cicatelli's President Barbara Cicatelli.
Studley's Marc Shapses, Jason Schwartzenberg and Joe Messina arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant. Ownership was represented by Eric Gural & Allen Gurevich of Newmark Knight Frank.
