Savills Studley today announced the appointment of Adam Petrillo as Head of the Industrial Services Group (ISG). In this new role, Petrillo will spearhead the strategic direction of ISG, a dedicated in-house team for advisory and transactions that impact supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution and manufacturing real estate in North America.
Since joining the firm in 2006, Petrillo has played a formative role in building and expanding Savills Studley’s industrial offering. The Industrial Services Group provides integrated consulting and brokerage services to occupiers across the U.S. and Canada, supported by a global team of expert consultants and brokers. The ISG comprises a diverse mix of specialists in: supply chain and logistics strategy, operations, capital markets, incentives, project management, and workforce analytics.
Savills Studley has worked with some of the largest and most nimble industrial companies in the world, including Fortune 500 corporations and global leaders in third-party logistics. Recent client engagements have included work for International Paper Corporation, Caleres, Christian Dior Perfumes, Fabuwood, Port Logistics Group, MakeSpace, and United Natural Foods Inc.
“Adam has been instrumental in growing our offering into a thriving practice with over 50 consultants and brokers across North America,” said Savills Studley CEO Mitchell S. Steir. “I am immensely proud of his work in distinguishing Savills Studley as a leading provider of integrated solutions for industrial occupiers. I have no doubt he will continue to drive innovation and growth for the firm.”
“With the rise of e-commerce and continual disruption of the manufacturing and distribution markets, the challenges for industrial occupiers have become significantly more complex,” said Petrillo. “In utilizing our team of experts combined with traditional real estate brokerage, we employ an integrated approach that amplifies and accelerates our clients’ ability to navigate these challenges.”
Before joining Savills Studley in 2006, Petrillo worked for an international management consulting firm. In developing supply chain and logistics strategies for clients globally, Petrillo worked with some of the world’s most recognized consumer and industrial product manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Petrillo has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group – a distinction ranking him among New Jersey’s Top Real Estate Brokers – and a “Top U.S. Industrial Leasing Broker” by Real Estate Forum. He was also honored by Tulfra as “Creative Broker of the Year” in 2013.
