Third-party logistics solutions provider expands to third warehouse and distribution facility in Southern California

INLAND EMPIRE, Calif. (October 3, 2019) – Savills completed a 327,928-square-foot lease on behalf of White Horse Logistics, 12350 Philadelphia Street in Eastvale. This is the company’s third facility in Southern California, bringing its total capacity in the Inland Empire to 1 million square feet.

Dillon Dummit and Wayne Lamb, senior managing directors who specialize in Industrial Services at Savills, represented White Horse in the transaction and advise the company nationally.

“In just four years, White Horse has grown exponentially in Southern California, a critical distribution and fulfillment hub for the company,” said Dummit. “Its expansive campus offers unparalleled shipping and transport access, modern facilities and operating efficiencies, all of which deepen White Horse’s ability to provide cost-effective, responsive and streamlined customer service.”

White Horse’s new facility is adjacent to one of its existing warehouses and the final component of a three-building campus. The properties are extremely well situated, bordering major freeways and near the vibrant ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as other transit centers and facilities.

AEW, the owner of 12350 Philadelphia Street, was represented by Len Santoro of CBRE.
