Andrew Morrow joined Savills in February 2015 as a trusted occupier advisor in Orange County’s commercial real estate market. Working out of the firm’s Newport Beach office, Andrew provides value-added consulting for real estate, supply chain, and operational optimization that benefits company efficiency and ultimately the bottom line. As an industrial, R&D, life science, medical device, and technology expert, Andrew has an in depth knowledge of of each industry, along with an operational understanding of each client’s needs. Andrew combines this knowledge with market research, financial analysis, logistics & supply chain strategy, transaction management, and lease negotiation expertise to fulfill his clients’ real estate needs and surpass their financial goals.
Prior to joining Savills, Andrew served as Vice President for CBRE for six years, counseling companies throughout their commercial real estate transactions. To begin his career as a broker, Andrew helped companies grow as an Associate for ZCA over a three-year span. His expansive experience, combined with his amiable client-first mentality, is what makes Andrew a trusted advisor and friend to all of those that he works for and with.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Andrew served from 2012-2018 on the Board of Directors of South County Outreach, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping prevent homelessness and hunger.
In 2011 and 2013, Andrew received the CBRE R.I.S.E. Award, which is given to those who represent ‘Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence’. He is also a graduate of the CBRE Advanced Industrial 101 and Savills Academy.
