Since joining Savills San Diego office in 2011, Bridget Garwitz has demonstrated success in guiding real estate strategies from research and site selection stages through execution and move-in. With nearly a decade of experience in business development and account management, Bridget has been responsible for enhancing the firm’s tenant representation capabilities and overall presence in San Diego.
Bridget’s background in corporate media strategy and business development provides a specialized perspective when constructing corporate facilities strategies. By asking questions and tapping into tenants’ priorities and goals, she is able to develop custom real estate solutions that uniquely benefit each tenant. These tactics have resulted in contracted rent commitments, instrumental lease flexibility, strategically advantageous lease renewals, smooth relocations and smart building acquisitions.
Examples of Bridget’s experience include representing portfolio tenants, medical office users, life science companies, law firms, accounting firms, banking institutions and defense contractors during lease and purchase transactions. She has secured over 1.5 million square feet of operating space for her clients in the San Diego market.
