Chris Errecart provides tenant representation services, including transaction management, market analysis and lease negotiations to clients throughout Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout the world. His professional and educational background, along with his exceptional attention to detail and work ethic, contribute to successfully advocating his clients. Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Chris was an advisor at Cresa for over two years after spending time as a player for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
A two-time minor league all-star player, Chris played four seasons in professional baseball with the Milwaukee Brewers Organization after being selected in the 5th round of the 2006 MLB draft. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
