Claudine Larreur joined the firm as chief human resources officer (CHRO) in 2019, responsible for developing and implementing a positive employee strategy that aligns with our business objectives moving forward. In her role, Claudine oversees every HR aspect from talent, performance and organization to training, development and compensation. Functioning also as an advisor to the executive and senior management teams of each sector, Claudine provides insightful and innovative support to all new strategy decisions and overall organization at an HR level. One of these tasks is to designate a resolute plan of management succession, as well as determine appropriate forms of compensation and benefits.
Since entering the human resources field in 2000, Claudine has demonstrated herself as a leader in setting strategic direction, leading multiple complex projects and managing large-scale organizational change. Her extensive, hands-on experience has allowed her to create positive change through team building and progressive thinking. Prior to joining Savills, Claudine was the chief human resources officer led a team of more than 30 HR professionals at A&M. She was instrumental in partnering with more than 12 different practice areas to ensure the HR organization aligned with the company’s overall business strategy. She also led the global implementation of Workday and partnered with new vendors to improve HR systems.
Before A&M, Claudine spent more than 10 years with LPL Financial in San Diego, operating in various executive HR roles. This included senior vice president of HR operations, vice president of talent acquisition and assistant vice president of HR.
