Since joining Savills in 1999, David Dwight has been representing tenants in pursuit of advantageous commercial real estate transactions. In order to do so effectively, David provides comprehensive reviews of current real estate situations and projected real estate alternatives given his clients’ strategic and financial goals.
Once his clients’ goals are determined, David creates financial analysis models for leasing and purchase alternatives that align with their business objectives. In addition,he provides analyses of development opportunities and air rights evaluations, as well as a review of programmatic space requirements.
Prior to joining Savills, David was an equity research associate with NatWest Markets. Before that, he spent time working as an architect with Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners. Altogether, David’s more than 20 years of experience make him both an effective and trustworthy representative that will seek out the best opportunities for his clients.
