David Endelman joined Savills in 2003 and currently acts as a consultant and transaction specialist focused on large-scale projects across the United States. His breadth of experience and strong educational foundation has helped him develop into a valuable strategic resource for a variety of Savills most productive teams. Based in Houston since 2011, David contributes a diverse skill set to each engagement, including creativity in formulating strategy, a deep understanding of financial and legal concepts, and vast national and international experience.
David currently focuses his efforts in two capacities. First, as the head of real estate for KLG Advisors, an elite Savills consulting team advising Fortune 500 clients on their global workforce and location strategies. Second, he works with the most accomplished tenant representation teams in Houston and Austin, helping to develop and analyze the strategic plans related to headquarters and other high-value projects. He previously acted as the chief of operations of Occupier Services, overseeing all aspects of the national platform, and before that served as Director of international development in London.
David began his career in New York’s highly successful Capital Transactions Group. Here he led the team’s underwriting, analysis and due diligence, and influenced the structure and negotiations of each transaction.

David is an active member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute. He proudly chairs the Advisory Board for Kids’ Meals, a nationally recognized charity that feeds over 3,000 hungry children every day.
