Frank McCafferty is the executive managing director and business development leader for Savills Occupier Services. In his role, Frank is focused on providing solutions to occupier clients with a purity of purpose. His 25-plus years of experience span across tenant representation, corporate services, development and construction management. Frank has established himself as an expert in the occupier vertical on developing portfolio-tailored strategies and solutions that optimize space holdings and cost while aligning overall strategy with a firm’s mission. Currently, Frank operates out of the Tampa Occupier Services office and was previously the market leader and co-branch manager in charge of operations in the Dallas office.
Prior to joining Savills, Frank served as the national portfolio services leader and member of the board of directors for Cassidy Turley where he provided tenant representation and integrated services to corporate clients. Before that, Frank specialized in strategic planning, customer relations, team development and client consulting as senior vice president with UGL Equis. He was also a senior asset manager for the General Services Administration (GSA) in the Mid-Atlantic region, where he provided account management and tenant representation services for the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration and US Coast Guard. During his time there, he developed over $1 billion in mission-critical federal facilities.
Frank has advised clients from a broad range of market sectors encompassing government, pharmaceutical, health care, engineering, communications, financial services and consumer products. His impressive client roster includes Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Consolidated Container Co., Delphi Automotive, Furniture Brands International, GlaxoSmithKline, Graybar, Hanes Brands, Harris Corporation, Humana, LabCorp, Legg Mason, MeadWestvaco, Omnicare, Prime Lending, Rexel, Sodexho USA, State Farm, Bort Longyear and Raymond James.

Frank is on the advisory board for Southern Methodist University and a former board member of The Real Estate Council (TREC). Frank has been recognized multiple times for his commercial real estate passion and work ethic. The D CEO (D Magazine) named him a ‘Power Broker’ from 2012 until present and he was listed as an elite ‘40 Under 40’ in 2003. Frank is also a featured blogger for the magazine and a contributor to The First Tee, a program that strengthens character through golf.
