Since joining Savills in 2011, Greg Scheipers has vigorously represented tenants throughout their entire real estate processes. As a senior managing director, Greg has advised local and national clients in over 170 transactions exceeding more than two million square feet. Greg’s broad knowledge of market dynamics and trends allows him to advance his clients’ business goals and objectives through strategic real estate planning, lease negotiations and transaction management.
Greg represents a variety of tenants in the Washington, DC region including both local and national nonprofit associations, law firms and government contractors. He has worked on behalf of esteemed clients such as Caplin & Drysdale, Harris Wiltshire Grannis, Wilkinson Barker Knauer, Guidestar, Results for Development (R4D), Center for Global Development (CGD), Development Gateway, Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and Bam Technologies among others.
Prior to joining Savills, Greg worked with Grubb & Ellis as a research analyst and associate for three years. While there, Greg was responsible for business development and market research, as well as financial planning, modeling and analysis. His attention to detail, strategic thinking and business acumen have allowed him to advise clients in making advantageous real estate decisions.
