James Halepis is Senior Vice President and Co-Branch Manager for Savills Boston office. Throughout his career, he has focused his practice on helping companies with their multi-market needs. James has successfully managed portfolios and completed real estate assignments with sound real estate strategies and consistent real estate processes. Given his practice’s focus, James has a knack for executing brokerage transactions in a multitude of markets (foreign and domestic), a skill that is only developed through years of dedication to this concentration. Throughout his career, James has structured and negotiated over 700 real estate transactions (primarily office/land/retail/industrial) with a combined transaction value estimated at over $1 Billion. James prides himself on being customer service oriented and responsive to clients, which are his priority.
Prior to Savills, he was an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield for 13 years and is a licensed attorney.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
James served as past treasurer for the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority and as a past board member of 3S Artspace, a multidisciplinary arts organization based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He is a current member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
