Jeff is an Executive Managing Director and is based in the Rutherford, New Jersey office. Over the course of his career, he has spent 20-plus years representing occupiers around the world with a focus on assembling top talent to develop holistic real estate strategies, avert risks and execute transactions that best support client business goals. With more than two decades representing occupiers in all facets of brokerage and corporate real estate, Jeff has a proven track record of implementing portfolio management and brokerage solutions on a local, national and international level.
Jeff has worked his entire professional career in corporate real estate and tenant representation based in the US and China while supporting clients throughout the world by developing integrated global and city strategies to reduce costs and support client business goals. Jeff also manages and negotiates office leasing assignments including complex headquarters transactions, as well as acquiring and disposing of industrial property.

Jeff was recognized by Savills as a ‘Top Cross-Border Revenue Producer’ in 2017 and 2018. He has been a member of CoreNet Global since its inception where he earned the MCR and SLCR designations and served on numerous committees in the New York City and New Jersey chapters. He was also the co-chair for the Eastern Regional Symposium Host Committee in New York in 2017.
Jeff is a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and is a CCIM Member and Candidate for the CCIM designation. Jeff is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey and has been a featured speaker on doing business in China, PropTech for corporate real estate and managing international transactions. As part of his charitable involvement, Jeff is a Board Member of Officers of the Courts, which is 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides wounded U.S. veterans with critical legal representation at no charge.
