Jeff is an Executive Managing Director who helps corporations strategize and execute office and industrial transactions in the New York City area and globally. He has a strong track record helping clients holistically analyze and negotiate optimal real estate transactions around the world. This typically translates into reduced occupancy costs, enhanced flexibility, and real estate that is aligned with business goals.
While originally from New York/New Jersey, Jeff worked in China for over 10 years, where he founded a successful commercial real estate business and managed all China real estate transactions for several Fortune 500 firms. Over the course of his career, Jeff has advised clients on hundreds of consulting and leasing assignments around the world, including metro planning business cases and regional headquarters transactions in the US, Europe and Asia.

Jeff was recognized by Savills as a Top Cross-Border Revenue Producer in 2017 and 2018. He has been a member of CoreNet Global since its inception where he earned the MCR and SLCR designations, served on numerous committees in the New York City and New Jersey Chapters and was the Co-Chair for the Eastern Regional Symposium Host Committee in New York in 2017. He is also a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and is a Candidate for the CCIM designation. Jeff is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey and has been a featured speaker on doing business in China, PropTech and international transaction management. As part of his charitable involvement, Jeff is a Board Member of Officers of the Courts, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides wounded U.S. veterans with critical legal representation at no charge.
