Jerome Fried advises Fortune 500 technology, advertising, media, and information (TAMI) companies, as well as professional services firms and co-working operators, with all aspects of their corporate real estate needs. As part of Savills since 2017, Jerome specializes in brokerage, workplace strategies, project management, and labor analytics. He can also represent buyer and sellers with core, core-plus, value-add, and development opportunities.
Prior to joining Savills, Jerome worked as a senior associate at CBRE where he led the Coworking and Alternative Workplaces Group. During his six years at CBRE, he represented office tenants in transactions including relocation, expansion, renewal/early renewal, subleasing, and sale-leaseback. He’s worked with many popular, innovative companies, such as, DropBox, OpenTable, Theranos, eBay, Pinterest, Industrious, Reserve, Mass Mutual, Neiman Marcus, WWE, and more.
