Jack Feeney has been with Savills since 1994 and has built a broad-based clientele in his over three decades in the commercial real estate industry. Out of the New Jersey office in Rutherford, Jack provides his expert ability in transaction management, market research, financial analysis, site selection, workplace strategy, and lease negotiation to companies throughout the state and nation. One of his most redeemable traits is his ability to analyze a business and its goals in order to align them with real estate options, providing lease flexibility and occupancy cost optimization.
Jack’s client-first mentality has brought Jack through many industries including technology, media, advertising, information services, luxury brands, architecture, engineering, construction, and more. Some of Jack’s notable transactions include Verizon’s 175,000 square-foot headquarters and 100,000 square-foot call center, Tiffany’s 275,000 square-foot fulfillment center, and Ultra Sound Diagnostics’ 50,000 square-foot school.
Prior to working with Savills and establishing the New Jersey office, Jack spent four years with Douglass Elliman Commercial and six years with Joseph Hilton Associates.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Jack is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, an international nonprofit dedicated to preserving and improving the current state of our communities. He also received accolades for making the largest industrial deal in Morris County, as well as Mack- Cali’s ‘Second Largest Deal of the Year’ award for Westchester County in 2002. In 2001, he won the ‘Real Estate Broker’ award from Morris Area Development Group.
