Laurie Korth has been involved in real estate for more than 30 years. Since joining the Savills Charlotte office in 2018 as a managing director, Laurie is responsible for complete project and facility management. As an established tenant representative, Laurie utilizes her organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage complex commercial real estate construction projects of any size.
Prior to working with Savills, Laurie was a project manager at Redline Design Group where she managed for 15 years. Previously, she worked at Gensler for three years where she managed complicated interior renovations and ground-up construction projects. She was also responsible for leading client meetings, strategic planning, space planning, budgets, construction documents and construction administration. In the beginning of her career, Laurie gained her experience as an architect and designer for financial services at Wells Fargo in Charlotte.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Laurie is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Charlotte branch, as well as on the alumni board for the University of Tennessee Charlotte chapter. Professionally, Laurie is extremely qualified as an expert in her field. She is both NCIDQ and LEED ID+C certified.
As an active member of her community, Laurie has also performed pro bono work transforming space for the Project Based Learning Initiative for North Rowan High School.
