Leah Barrett joined Savills Raleigh-Durham office in 2018 as an expert in both architecture and interior design. Her more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate design industry have provided her insight into the organization and implementation of a successful project. Over the course of her career, she’s ensured appropriate staffing, resource allocation, financial objectives, and the many aspects of achieving her clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Savills, Leah worked as Interior Designer for a furniture dealer, Business Interiors Group, Intern Architect for Field Paoli, Architect & Interior Designer Project Manager for O’Brien/Atkins Associates, and finally Managing Director for Interior Architects (IA). Throughout it all, she touched every part of the sales and interior design process, from developing proposals and design layouts to negotiating pricing and presenting to clients.
Leah’s ability to mesh well with her clients is also one of her greatest attributes. While she brings a creative and analytical mind to each project, she also brings a hard- working, earnest spirit that forms long-lasting relationships with her clients.
