Lizzie Prochazka has been an associate director for the Savills Houston office since April of 2018. Since joining, Lizzie has helped counsel companies in search of optimal commercial real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, negotiations, and more. Not only does Lizzie assist in the brokerage aspect, but her diligence in business development and market research have made Lizzie an invaluable asset to her team in Houston, comprised of veteran and expert Derrell Curry.
Lizzie began her career in the Dallas market working on office and industrial tenant representation assignments for Colliers International and Transwestern. After learning about the real estate market, Lizzie moved onto becoming a Leasing Representative for Boxer Property in Houston for 2 years. While there, Lizzie assisted in managing several office building portfolios, one of which totaled more than 1 million square feet, and producing over $1.6 million in revenue. This experience allows Lizzie to utilize her knowledge of the financial objectives of various landlords to structure better transactions for tenant clients.
As a personable broker, Lizzie consistently works to build strong business relationships and develop opportunities within the office market. With her background in marketing, Lizzie excels in bringing clients creative solutions to achieving their business goals through real estate.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
In 2017, the Houston Business Journal recognized Lizzie as one of Houston’s ‘People on the Move’ for her ambition in the real estate industry. Due to her passion to move the bar, she has even served on the CCIM Mentorship Committee for the Houston chapter since 2017. She is also an active member of the Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), in support of neglected and abused children.
