Mark Ayers joined Savills in 2016. Since then, he has been the market leader of the Carolinas, driving large, complex transactions and providing expert portfolio management. He genuinely believes in conflict-free tenant representation, which allows for unbiased, objective advisory that clients can’t get elsewhere. For over 20 years, this and more have been part of Mark’s mission in commercial real estate.
Prior to opening the Carolinas team for Savills, Mark was a managing partner and principal of Cresa Charlotte for nine years. He also served as managing director and part owner of The Staubach Company’s Charlotte office for nine years. Before these positions, Mark did a stint at Trammel Crow for three years, and began his corporate real estate career at Nation’s Bank (now known as Bank of America) for four years.
