Since joining Savills in 2015, Mark Moser has provided commercial real estate advisory services throughout Silicon Valley as an integral part of the Palo Alto office. His more than two decades of local, national and international experience in the industry have provided Mark with a valuable skillset allowing him to develop real estate strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives. As a broker for both emerging and established companies, Mark utilizes proactive analyses and aggressive marketplace executions, as well as negotiations, to cut costs and save his clients millions of dollars.
Based in the hub of innovation, Mark has specialized in technology, biotechnology, life sciences and medical device companies. Whether his clients seek an acquisition, disposition, purchase, sale, synthetic lease, build-to-suit project, lease renewal, lease restructure or termination, Mark is able to execute an optimal transaction for his clients. Additionally, Mark communicates efficiently with all of the companies he represents in order to understand their long- and short-term business and real estate goals.
Prior to joining Savills, Mark was Principal at Cresa, where he dealt in both corporate and institutional real estate services.
