With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mark has built a reputation on innovation and expert negotiations. Throughout his career, Mark has proven to be an invaluable resource by recognizing opportunity and leveraging his analytical, organizational and diplomatic skills to implement creative real estate solutions. Mark has managed extensive representation assignments including large regional and national portfolio assignments. With extensive experience in sale transactions, development, lease structures and advisory services, Mark earned numerous promotions and recognition for his achievements.
Mark re-joined Savills as the branch manager of the newly established Boston office in early 2013. His Savills career originally began in 1993 as he was a financial analyst for the firm, where he quickly became an integral member of the tenant advisory team. Mark worked alongside Mitchell Steir, Savills current chairman and CEO, as the development advisor for Time Warner’s 1 million square-foot office, studio and retail condo unit transaction. Following a decade-long tenure, Mark continued his commercial real estate career as broker-in-charge at W.S. Commercial Real Estate before returning to Savills.

Mark serves on the boards of the Boston area Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), and chairs its government affairs subcommittee. He is an active member of CoreNet.
