Since joining Savills in 2019 as corporate managing director, Matthew Dickson has assisted companies with aligning business objectives and optimal real estate. Operating out of the firm’s Houston office in the Central Business District, Matthew helps companies reduce costs and maximize their ROI as it pertains to their workspace. A veteran of more than 15 years in commercial real estate, Matthew is able to provide the local insight, as well as effective trend analysis, to determine which office or plot of land will be advantageous for his client. Additionally, his background working with a multitude of companies has allowed him to provide innovative workplace strategy so that his clients can get the most productivity, motivation and comfort out of their real estate endeavors.
Prior to joining Savills, Matthew spent over 14 years working for CBRE as a member of their Houston office. While there, Matthew progressed as a broker eventually becoming the first vice president. His extensive background in Houston has bestowed upon him a wealth of local market knowledge, as well as national and global patterns in real estate. Additionally, Matthew built up his client base and worked with companies in acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, relocations, build-to-suits and more.
