As Client Services Manager for Savills Occupier Services team, Melissa Mason is responsible for analyzing client business needs and evaluating potential solutions, as well as developing and managing project implementation and transition plans. She joined Savills in June 2017 with nearly 20 years of commercial property management and lease administration experience. Her service specialties include lease administration and audit; quality control and best practices, database and record management, abstracting and lease compliance, occupancy cost control, dispute resolution, expense analysis and budgeting, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio lease administration.
Prior to joining Savills, Melissa was a Lease Administration Account Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for 9 years, achieving over $5 million dollars in cost avoidance and recoveries. She began her career in commercial property management in the Washington, D.C. area, where she managed Class A office buildings for private and government tenants, and was responsible for staff supervision, vendor management, project and construction management oversight, tenant improvements, capital projects, budget preparation, tenant retention and owner reporting.

Melissa partnered with former client Pfizer to speak at CoreNet Las Vegas on the topic of “The Importance of Cleaning Up Your Data.” She earned the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI).
