Since joining Savills in October 2018, Mike Barbalace has become a valued member of the firm’s Baltimore office. His main responsibilities include communicating effectively with prospective clients, surveying the commercial real estate market and overall business development. An efficient and agreeable communicator, Mike provides optimal customer service and networking across the industry.
In addition to Mike’s ability to work with clients to thoroughly understand the objectives of their real estate pursuits, Mike can provide multiple other services. He’s capable of conducting extensive market research that allows his clients to see their options from all perspectives. He is also able to provide financial modeling and forecasting using high-end technology.
Prior to joining Savills, Mike spent a year with Hill Management Services in Timonium, Maryland. Before that, he began his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he learned the ins and outs of the financial services industry. Afterwards, Mike moved onto becoming an investment sales associate at Marcus & Millichap for more than one year which further advanced his knowledge of the financial side of the corporate sector.
