Mike Deatly is a managing director based in the Savills Denver office. Throughout his more than 13 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mike has specialized in strategic real estate consulting and tenant representation. Mike’s background in corporate finance coupled with his innovative and strategic approach provides clients with the insight and direction required for successful transactions. He serves clients in a variety of fields, ranging from start-up companies to multi-national corporations.
Prior to joining Savills in 2017, Mike was a vice president with JLL’s tenant representation group in Denver. Before entering real estate, Mike was a vice president with GE Capital where he developed and consulted business financing solutions to middle-market companies across several vertical markets.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Mike is a co-founder, mentor and basketball coach for Colorado Connect Youth Organization, a nonprofit focused on helping at-risk youth in Denver reach their full potential. Mike also serves on the board of directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Denver) and was recently nominated to join the Board of Special Olympics Colorado. In 2018, Mike was selected to join Leadership Denver, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s flagship leadership program. He is also a founding member of the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association (CCIA) and a member of the Colorado Bioscience Association (CBSA) and Colorado Technology Association (CTA). Mike has been recognized numerous times as a top office achiever by his former employer and is regularly mentioned in the Denver Real Estate Journal.
