Among his plethora of valuable services are strategic planning, market research, financial analysis and forecasting, portfolio management, site selection, transaction management and project management. He also has an in-depth expertise in supply chain management and logistics strategies that allow him to create innovative workplace strategies for professional services and industrial companies alike.
Working out of the San Diego office, Bob exclusively advises on behalf of investors in and occupiers of office and industrial properties. Over the course of his established career, Bob has advised top-tier companies across the United States including Husqvarna, Atlas Copco, eBay Enterprise, 3M Corp, Michelin Tires and XPO Logistics. In June 2016, Savills acquired Cresa Carolinas where Bob was a principal of the firm. Prior to joining Cresa Carolinas, he was a vice president with JLL.
Bob’s most notable attribute is his dedication to the client. As a zero-conflict, dedicated broker, Bob does whatever it takes to satisfy his clients throughout the entire real estate process by communicating effectively and providing all of the necessary instruments to make an optimal real estate transaction.

Bob is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California and a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Outside of the office, Bob is very active in the local community, such as being a youth football coach at Drew Brees’ Football N America.
