Robert ‘Bob’ Orban joined Savills in March 2007 and has more than 30 years of real estate experience in South Florida. Currently operating out of the Miami office, Bob represents large and small corporations throughout the region across a multitude of industries including legal, healthcare, professional services, and higher education. Generally, he specializes in managing and executing complex office and industrial transactions by utilizing his skillset which features market research, financial analysis and projections, lease negotiations, and workplace strategy. Whether it’s an acquisition, disposition, new lease or restructuring, Bob is the ideal broker for any advanced real estate transaction.
Prior to joining Savills, Bob spent 7 years as senior vice president for CBRE/Trammel Crow Company. While he was there, Bob led advisory for transaction management services throughout South Florida. Before that, Bob also spent 5 years as a senior associate for CRESA Partners. Throughout all of his experience in the commercial real estate industry, Bob has learned the ins and outs of the industry, as well as how to properly satisfy his clients during every step of the process.

Bob is a member of the University of Miami Citizens Board, and serves as a Stephen Minister at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Miami.
