Robert is an associate director of transaction management for Savills Occupier Services group, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and consistently delivers any type of real estate assignment on a domestic and global basis. Operating out of the firm’s office in Tampa, Florida, Robert has valuable hands- on experience in tenant representation for companies across the United States, state government agencies and international business process outsourcing providers.

Since joining Savills in 2015, Robert has successfully coordinated dozens of projects across the United States and in more than 10 different countries. In addition to providing transaction management services, Robert has served in a critical role as a member of the account management team for some of Savills most important global clients and continues to manage companies. Along with team members Mike Griffin and Jerry Thornbury, Robert goes the extra mile to accomplish all of his clients’ real estate goals.

Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Robert worked for the University of South Florida’s Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation. While at USF, Robert was a research analyst for a variety of grant-based, multi-million dollar medical research projects. The projects he worked on included research for the Department of Defense and Tampa General Hospital.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In his free time, Robert likes to participate within the community – both local and international. Robert has attended multiple mission trips to Guatemala, Dominican Republic, India and Israel, and he also volunteers at Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa. Robert is an active member of The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay’ program.
