A dynamic and steadfast business professional, Rufus Chambers joined Savills in 2018 as a senior project manager. His extensive experience in cost controls and time spent as a project manager and leader make Rufus a well-rounded overseer of complex projects. Along with his veteran team in Downtown Los Angeles, Rufus focuses all of his efforts on each client’s project from start to finish.
Prior to working for Savills, Rufus was a construction project manager for Apple over a span of more than two years. Before that, he managed all facets of the construction phase of school facilities as a project manager for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Before that, he was a construction program manager for Merriwether & Williams Insurance Services and a project manager at Turner Construction Company. Rufus also has extensive experience in nonprofit operations and administration management.

Rufus is the President of The Bride Community, a California-based nonprofit organization and previously served on the Board of Equity Schools.
