With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Scott has excelled in advising his clientele locally, nationally and internationally. Highly regarded as a specialist in high technology corporate services, as well as life sciences, he has been involved in every aspect of corporate/tenant representation including sales and lease negotiations for major site acquisitions, ground-up built-to-suits, sale leasebacks, financial analysis, lease transaction management for national accounts, property dispositions, consulting and strategic planning. Scott’s pure tenant representation focus incorporates fully integrated services that align real estate requirements with each clients’ specific business plans and objectives with no conflicts of interest.
Over the course of his expansive career, Scott has negotiated more than 800 lease and sale transactions and managed international, national and regional accounts for clients such as Rambus, Tellabs, VMware, Force 10 Networks, McAfee, SGI, Rambus, MobileIron, Vocera Communications and CyberSource Corporation. Earlier in his career, Scott was a founding principal at Cresa San Jose, which Savills acquired in 2015. Prior to co-founding Cresa, Scott was a partner at Lalond Brokerage, where he lead the tenant services practice.

Scott is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Scott is an avid skier and enjoys traveling with his family.
