With 50 years of experience in facilities planning, architecture and project management, Stephen Tepperman has a broad base of knowledge and expertise in the planning and management of major corporate facilities and real estate projects. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for the planning, design and construction of several million square feet of corporate facilities, both in the United States and overseas.
Prior to the merger with Savills, Stephen was an integral part of the KLG team working with the New York Stock Exchange on their global data center strategy, with specific responsibility to manage the design and construction of their new 400,000 square-foot state-of-the-art U.S. data center. Stephen also facilitated the relocation of New York & Company’s 200,000 square-foot corporate headquarters. He also worked with Credit Suisse on the planning of a global business center and out-of-region data center as well as many other notable projects.
Prior to joining KLG Advisors, Stephen was responsible for the coordination and oversight of the relocation of Morgan Stanley to their corporate headquarters at 1585 Broadway in New York City, a project encompassing 1,000,000 square feet with infrastructure improvements and tenant fit-out costs valued at several hundred million dollars.
