Steve Korfiatis joined Savills in 2014 as a member of the Industrial Services Group (ISG) and Supply Chain Consulting Practice. Working out of the New Jersey office, Steve specializes in transaction management, multi-market site selection, and portfolio management for industrial and logistics users. Steve provides value-add consulting services including, supply chain management and logistics consulting, financial engineering and strategic planning. Steve combines his experience in finance, strategic management and data analytics with traditional brokerage, to develop and execute strategies which ensure that his clients achieve their operational and financial goals.

Prior to joining Savills, Steve spent four years as a sales associate at a New Jersey-based full-service real estate firm. While there, Steve assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of residential and mixed-use investment properties. Before beginning his real estate career, Steve managed and trained fundraising and canvassing operations for a New York State political party.

Steve has experience working with companies of varying sizes and across diverse industry sectors throughout North America. He has represented clients such as DB Schenker, Restoration Hardware, Port Logistics Group, Shiseido USA and United Natural Foods.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Steve is a member of the board of directors and serves as treasurer for the Hoboken FC 1912 Football Club. He is also a member of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Stevens Institute Alumni Association.
