Virginia began her career in Tenant Representation with Cresa as an advisor and was quickly promoted to Vice President at the end of her first year. She specializes in Office Tenant Representation in all facets of the business including new business attainment, strategic planning, corporate solutions, as well as servicing existing client needs. Virginia excels in market research, transaction analysis, negotiations and client engagement. Prior to joining the Savills team, Virginia managed and performed financial analysis for multiple CBD properties for Hines and Spectrum Properties.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Virginia is licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina and some of her accolades include being a moderator and panelist at multiple community events as a commercial real estate expert, selected to Savills Academy’s two-year program, designed to harness the talent of the firm’s rising stars, and chosen as a real estate student ambassador for Childress Klein Center during the 2017-2018 season.
She is a board member and director at large for Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW). She is on the board for the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte. She is a member and committee chair of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and part of the National Scholars Honor Society. Virginia is involved with Children and Family Services Center, advising the board on their real estate transactions. She serves as committee chair for both Dress for Success Worldwide, Habitat for Humanity and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She also served as the chair for the CREW Community Outreach Committee in 2015 and 2016.
