The Savills Blog

T3 Advisors, A Savills Company, is Now Officially Savills

Approximately 21 years ago, I took a leap of faith and founded T3 Advisors with two goals in mind: to focus on guiding companies through complex real estate and workplace issues and to hire people who were genuinely passionate about making a difference for their clients.

18 months ago, T3 Advisors formally joined the Savills family as T3 Advisors, A Savills Company. We did this because our culture and philosophy aligned perfectly with Savills values and approach to serving its clients – and because we wanted to leverage the platform of a global firm to better serve the future of our clients.

On December 1, T3 Advisors became fully integrated with the Savills brand and, going forward, T3 Advisors will officially be known as Savills.

What has made T3 Advisors special for more than two decades will remain intact. Over the last 18 months, our spirit of collaboration, innovation and client focus has impacted Savills as much as the firm’s platform, resources and expanded reach have impacted us.

In addition, our people are playing significant roles in shaping the future of Savills.

  • David Bergeron is now Market Leader of Savills San Francisco and Bay Area offices and is a member of the firm’s Brokerage Board.
  • Austin Barrett is Savills North American head of life sciences and has positioned Savills to have a major presence in this critically important sector. In addition, Austin is part of the firm’s Future Strategy Board.
  • Mark Cote, one of our top global client advisors, has collaborated with Savills counterparts abroad on market leading projects and deals in countries like Portugal, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Bogota, Dublin, Australia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and India. Mark is also a member of the firm’s Portfolio Solutions Board.
  • Bo McNally, a Palo Alto leader for over a decade, now leads Savills newly opened office in Salt Lake City.
  • We have significantly grown our presence in Boston, the city where T3 Advisors was founded and has deep roots.
  • We launched Savills Studios in Boston and San Francisco, cutting edge workplace labs, and are planning to open additional Savills Studios in the future.

As for me, I’m as energized as ever and far from retiring. In addition to leading Savills Boston market, I am a member of the firm’s North American Executive Board and have recently been named Chair of our Innovation Studio Board. I will be sharing news of our innovation efforts over the coming months. The world needs innovative thinking around workplace and real estate now more than ever.

The above represents just a fraction of the milestones we’ve achieved in such a short time. Everyone at T3 Advisors should be proud of what we’ve accomplished together. You all have played an important part in ensuring that our transition to the Savills brand has been as smooth as possible.

I am excited for what the future holds for our people, clients, and colleagues.
