CHALLENGE

As a longtime, trusted partner for over two decades, Macro, now operating as Savills Program & Project Management, was engaged to align the board’s capital planning with the school leadership’s program vision across all Bank Street projects.

Our team supported Bank Street on many projects, including corporate office renovations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades, and expansion throughout New York City.

SOLUTION

We evaluated school programming, design concepts, building infrastructure, and construction logistics, implemented disciplined budgeting and scheduling frameworks, and assembled experienced project teams to execute on the school’s mandates. We also managed the creation of space standards for various office types, including new and renovated classrooms, administrative spaces, electrical infrastructure, and furniture, with minimal disruption to Bank Street’s academic calendar and space constraints. Bank Street could focus on education, while our team led the complexity.
