Macro, now operating as Savills Program & Project Management, has led comprehensive pre-lease and post-lease services for Greenberg Traurig, managing more than 1,000,000 square feet of legal office projects across dozens of domestic and international locations. Our role spans the full lifecycle of each engagement, from early-stage site selection and feasibility analysis through design, construction, technology coordination, relocation, and close-out - delivering predictable outcomes in a highly complex, risk-sensitive environment.
From the outset, our team has been embedded as an extension of Greenberg Traurig’s internal real estate and facilities leadership, providing executive-level guidance on portfolio strategy, capital planning, and delivery execution. The team supports firm leadership with data-driven decision-making, detailed budgeting and cost modeling, and disciplined governance - ensuring alignment across stakeholders while maintaining consistency with the firm’s operational and cultural standards.
Our team leads pre-lease evaluation and site selection efforts, including test-fits, scenario planning, comparative cost analysis, and landlord proposal negotiations. Following lease execution, the team assumes full accountability for program management, project management, procurement support, and construction oversight, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
In addition to construction delivery, we manage furniture procurement, technology coordination, relocation logistics, and decommissioning, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to legal operations. Each engagement is tailored to the unique needs of the local practice while adhering to firmwide standards for quality, performance, and cost control.
