The global real estate advisory firm has more than 40 offices and over 1,000 employees across Canada and the United States, with its North American headquarters located in New York City.

“Julia’s leadership and counsel have been instrumental in helping us navigate an evolving business landscape,” said David Lipson, CEO, Savills North America. “She brings a rare combination of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and sound judgment that has strengthened our ability to grow with confidence and integrity.”

In her expanded role, Spivack will oversee and manage all legal services provided to the company, including the operations of the Legal Department and its engagement with outside counsel. With more than two decades of legal experience, Spivack joined Savills in 2022 and has been a cornerstone of the firm’s legal function ever since. Before Savills, she served for more than 15 years in the Litigation Group at Seward & Kissel LLP, where she advised clients on employment, compliance, and commercial matters.  She began her career at Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP.

“I’m honored to take on this role and continue working alongside our exceptional leadership team,” said Julia Spivack, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Savills North America. “Savills has a strong culture of integrity, partnership, and innovation, and I look forward to helping advance those values as we continue to grow our business across North America.”
