Following an expanding track record of success serving tenants locating and expanding in the city and surrounding region, Savills established our Salt Lake City office in 2022. The office is led by Senior Managing Director Nick Teseros, a local native who built his career advising early and growth stage technology and life science companies in Silicon Valley for T3 Advisors – now T3 Advisors, A Savills Company. His extensive experience in these key sectors allows him to offer market-leading advice and service to area companies located in or seeking space in Silicon Slopes - the burgeoning tech-centric community within Salt Lake Valley. Teseros offers clients over 15 years of industry experience. He has overseen some of the largest build-to-suit and headquarters relocations in Salt Lake Valley for major clients, including Alliance Data Systems, Barrick Gold, Clearlink, and Esurance.
The Salt Lake City office works closely with its sister offices in the region – primarily Denver and Palo Alto – to provide consistent service delivery and creative real estate solutions to clients across markets. Overall, Nick and his team of regional colleagues deliver full-service tenant advisory services - including superior transactional expertise and portfolio solutions, as well as workplace, workforce, flex space, sustainability, and digital services capabilities.
Savills brings tenant focused advisory services to Salt Lake City’s dynamic and expanding real estate market. We bring our full-service approach and deep local market knowledge to serve companies across industry sectors - from local entrepreneurs and technology leaders to multi-national corporations and logistics providers.

Utah is one of the fastest-growing states in the nation. According to recent census data, its population has grown over 18% in the past decade. This population increase has fueled a strong labor market, resulting in companies across the industrial, life sciences, healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors choosing to put down roots in the state.
The national and international reputation of Salt Lake City has been steadily expanding since the city hosted the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. The area is business friendly and surprisingly affordable, offering tax incentives, a flexible regulatory market and plenty of room for companies to grow. Utah boasts an exceptional labor market and had the second largest population growth in the United States in 2021.
From a real estate perspective, the market offers quality, cost-effective space options across real estate sectors. There is more than 2 million square feet of new development and construction – providing tenants with an unparalleled opportunity to grow their presence in this region.
