Ann Duncan is an executive vice president and head of Savills Occupier Services team. As a leader in the firm’s Tampa office, Ann oversees strategic solutions, tenant representation, technology services, project management and lease administration for both private and public sector clients based in North America. Ann also serves on the Savills Board of Directors.
Ann’s more than 30-year career in commercial real estate spans tenant representation, commercial brokerage, portfolio optimization, strategic consulting, development and program management. She has completed transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet, has provided consulting services on portfolios totaling more than 500 million square feet and has led multi-disciplinary teams on multi-market domestic and international engagements.
Ann joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that she founded which provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions for corporate and government entities worldwide. Under Ann’s leadership, Vertical Integration was recognized as one of the 100 fastest-growing businesses and among the top 50 women-led for-profit companies in Florida.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Ann is a past president of CoreNet Global’s Tampa chapter, past president of NAIOP Florida and a founding member and on the board of directors for the Florida Council for Public Private Partnerships. Ann has also been apart of four teams that were finalists for the CoreNet Global ‘Innovator’s Award’ including winning the 2017 Global Innovators Award for Savills Knowledge Cubed Powered by LEVERTON.
Ann also serves as a board member for the 2019 Medal of Honor Anniversary Host Committee, Charity Works and Florida TaxWatch. In addition she served on the Florida Board of Governors which supervises Florida’s 12 public universities, leading the committee in overseeing research and academic affairs throughout the Florida system. Ann has chaired numerous civic boards including the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), and the Pinellas County Environmental Foundation.
