Anthony Kendryna joined Savills in September 2018 as a commercial real estate advisor. In order to provide optimal real estate transactions for his clients, Anthony conducts financial analyses of all possibilities and creates cash-flow models to demonstrate the pros, cons, and projections of each real estate option. Additionally, he reviews lease documents thoroughly to ensure everything is suitable for his clients, and that there is flexibility for the future of the transaction.
Prior to joining Savills, Anthony gained experience on the institutional landlord side of real estate, where he developed networks of lasting relationships and learned the intricacies of the markets through comps and pertinent information. At CBRE, as a financial analyst on the JPMorgan portfolio, Anthony managed all cash flow models for every lease transaction in the project. In addition, he went on tours, exchanged, proposals, and reviewed all leases.
Anthony’s client-first mentality allows him to listen first, to fully understand a company’s goals and wishes, and to execute a successful and satisfactory real estate transaction with that knowledge.

Anthony was apart of the Top Leasing Team Performance in Asset Services for CBRE in 2014.
