A tenant representative specialist, Bie Chu Lee provides advantageous real estate advisory services to law firms, nonprofit associations and a variety of corporations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Operating out of Savills office in the heart of the city, Bie Chu works closely with his clients to develop and execute their real estate strategy and ensure an innovative solution that aligns with their overall business objectives.
Bie Chu understands the cost of capital and the impact that various financial structures have on his clients’ cash flow and develops custom financial and analytical models and reports, including Monte Carlo simulations, to aid in the decision-making process. His broad experience has included negotiating leases, subleases, acquisitions and dispositions for his clients.
While attaining his analytical finance MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Bie Chu spent his time working at various commercial real estate firms and learning the tricks of the trade. Prior to graduate school, Bie Chu lead large strategy and technology projects as a senior manager at Accenture for seven years. Using this background in strategy, technology and financial analytics, Bie Chu is able to offer his clients numerous perspectives toward their real estate decisions and infer vital financial information.

Bie Chu is a board member of Ascend Leadership, a nonprofit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals, as well as the Asian and Asian Pacific American Alumni Network at the University of Virginia, Kellogg School of Management Club of Washington DC and the Northwestern University Leadership Circle.
