Brian Czarnecki is Managing Director in Savills Chicago office, responsible for supporting the office’s strong business development and providing corporate tenants exemplary advisory services across the Chicagoland area. Brian also brings to Savills a unique and comprehensive perspective of Chicago’s industrial market.

Prior to joining Savills, Brian was a leasing manager for Prologis, where he was responsible for leasing and underwriting six million square feet of Prologis-owned properties within Chicagoland across seven submarkets. He is adept at developing strong relationships with clients, internal project teams, and external brokers. Before joining Prologis, Brian was vice president of office tenant representation at JLL, where he developed a large network of local and multi-market national relationships.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Brian’s leadership and success extend to his athletic interest in golf, where he competed as a Big East Division I Scholarship Athlete on Georgetown University’s Men’s Golf Team. Also, he is actively involved in several non-profits and associations and sits on the Board of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance in support of the organization’s mission. He is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) as well.
