Professional Expertise 

Bryan Brewer is a Project Manager in Savills Raleigh-Durham office. Bryan brings almost a decade of project management experience and a strong acumen for managing complex, multi-site projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring financial integrity and schedule adherence. His leadership capabilities and ability to develop effective strategies for clients were fostered while serving in the U.S. Army as an E-5 Sergeant.

Prior to joining Savills, Bryan was a Construction Manager at M Moser Associates, a global architect and design firm. He oversaw and managed the general contractor team, led preconstruction efforts, and ensured financial alignment throughout all project stages. Bryan’s experience also includes his role as a Program Manager and General Manager for TCS Service, Inc., where he directed construction projects and drove program management activities, including monitoring the effectiveness of SOPs and other applicable standards.

Bryan is highly regarded and has continued to build on his experience and knowledge base. He has successfully passed the NASCLA Commercial Builders General Contractors Exam and the North Carolina Business and Law Exam. He enjoys the opportunity to provide mentorship and is involved in several professional and community-based organizations.
