Professional Expertise 

Cally Miltenberger is Co-President, Texas Region and is based in the Dallas office. She works closely with the firm’s leaders to recruit talent, identify areas of growth, and foster collaboration between business functions across the Southwest market. Cally brings over 19 years of commercial real estate & consulting experience and has a high acumen in relationship development, partnership structuring, organizational design, real estate portfolio & platform strategies, and management consulting.

Prior to joining Savills, Cally was Vice President of Customer Solutions for Link Logistics, a Blackstone company, where she focused on delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes to the most critical occupiers in the global supply chain. She was also a Client Solutions Leader for CBRE, where she focused on winning and structuring successful partnerships with global and national occupier clients across an array of industries which yielded an additional $55 million in contractual revenue during her tenure. Prior to these roles, Cally spent over a decade as a management consultant in EY’s Strategy and Transaction Group. During this time, she focused on developing and implementing bespoke strategies and initiatives for real estate organizations of all sizes (e.g. portfolio optimization, organizational design, M&A integration & divestiture support, value creation). Her early career provided vital experience as a tenant rep broker at JLL, a capital markets analyst at The Staubach Company, and a staff consultant at PwC.

Awards Achievements and Activities

Cally is passionate about advancing women and underrepresented groups in the commercial real estate industry. She has dedicated 14+ years of her time in various leadership roles within Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), a leading global real estate industry organization. Cally served as the CREW Dallas President in 2022 and as the CREW in the Community (CIC) Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2023. She has also served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for six of these years. Cally has been recognized by CREW Network for her contributions. She was most recently inducted as the 105th Visionary for the CREW Foundation and received CREW Network’s National Impact Award for extraordinary achievement in commercial real estate for advancing women in the field.

Cally has been recognized for her professional accomplishments over the years, including receiving EY’s “Real Estate MVP,” “Brand Builder,” and “Most New Business in an Account” awards. She has also been recognized with Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter Designation, “Rookie of the Year,” and Black’s Guide Top 35 under 35 as a top producing broker in the DFW area. Today, Cally is active in the parents’ association of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School and National Charity League’s “Heart of Dallas” Chapter.
