Charles Daggett joined Savills in 2016 and is a Vice Chairman in Savills Dallasoffice. Charles co-manages a team of corporate services professionals representing clients in the Dallas market as well as globally. He oversees and facilitates transactions for Fortune 500 and 1000 clients that will ultimately optimize business processes and drive shareholder value to the bottom line. Charles is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) vertical where he is co-leader of the vertical practice group with his partner, Dina Zavislak. Charles has a wealth of experience with strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarters transactions, strategic lease renegotiations, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, property dispositions, portfolio repositioning, and portfolio audits. Prior to joining Savills, Charles was a managing principal at Mohr Partners, where he served on the Executive Management Advisory Board and launched their Phoenix office in 1995.

Charles and his team have a deep acumen with managing portfolios for large corporate customers. Together, this team of intellectual analysts, operational logistics experts, business strategists, and tenant advisors has a long track record of achieving significant results for their clients. In recent years, they’ve been responsible for over $3.5 billion in transaction volume.
