Chris DiBiase is an Associate in Savills Denver office. He specializes in office, life science, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing verticals in Greater Denver, Boulder, and 36 Corridor. Chris leverages his tenured team and experience to exceptionally guide companies through lease and purchase/sale transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Before joining Savills, Chris gained a landlord’s perspective on leases in property management at the world’s largest REIT, sharpening his operational oversight and client service skills. At a data center REIT, he excelled in sales and account management, driving lead generation, prospect outreach, and opportunity qualification. Earlier, as a real estate investment advisor intern at an international tax firm, Chris delivered strategic client guidance. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in finance, he brings a strong foundation to his work.
