Professional Expertise 

Collin McNamara, CAIA is the Director of Business Data and Analytics in Savills Rutherford office. He brings over 12 years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. Collin’s responsibilities include building and operationalizing Savills business data infrastructure across the Global Occupier Services (GOS) platform. He is highly regarded for his ability to optimize the use of data to drive informed decision-making, deliver actionable business insights, and lead teams to execute on strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Savills, he was Data Analytics Manager for Horvath & Tremblay, where he spearheaded strategic expansion initiatives, managed special projects, and managed a cross-functional team. His previous experience also includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst for John Hancock in Boston.
