Conner Wisdorf is a Managing Director in Savills San Francisco office, where he specializes in serving the corporate real estate needs of life sciences and technology companies. He leverages his experience as a financial and business analyst to give each client’s finance, operations and real estate leaders the data they need to make informed location and workplace decisions. He works with a team who has served hundreds of companies to assess and manage their growth requirements, validate their real estate strategies, and optimize their real estate portfolio data. Conner uses data-driven solutions to resolve complex organization problems with customized occupancy strategies, and his team develops real estate plans that support their clients’ corporate growth in the U.S. and around the world.

Conner joined Savills in 2021 following the company’s partnership with T3 Advisors, the leading real estate workplace solutions advisor to life sciences and technology companies, where he served as Principal. In that role he served multi-location clients by proactively managing their real estate portfolios, optimizing occupancy plans, and developing data visualization tools to assist with decision-making. Prior to T3, he worked as a financial and business analyst at Hewlett Packard, supporting domestic and global business lines.

As a volunteer for Santa Clara University’s Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative, he helped champion the organization’s goal of local economic empowerment.
