Dan Granot, SIOR, is an Executive Managing Director in Savills Atlanta office. He brings over 35 years of exceptional experience to the firm and has represented both local businesses and major corporations globally. Dan specializes in advising professional services and technology firms in structuring the most beneficial strategy for their portfolio and business objectives.

Prior to joining Savills in 2024, Dan was an Owner and Associate Broker of Joel & Granot Real Estate. He has successfully led significant transactions, including representing RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. with an 85,000 SF headquarters relocation, securing a 50,000 SF lease for Weissman P.C., and a 60,000 SF lease for Popeyes, Inc. Previously, he has represented national clients such as Prudential, Wolters Kluwer, Conklin Metals, and the Lucas Group.

He has a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, which is awarded to the most knowledgeable, experienced, ethical, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists in the nation. Dan was the Georgia Chapter President of SIOR in 2017.
